Petra Karadimas > Petra Karadimas is interested in seemingly banal, everyday situations, i.e. construction sites, billboard ads or shrubbery. These scenes are anything but idealized versions of reality. The subjects and themes are a point of departure for investigating the difference between artificiality and reality. Born 1967 in Stuttgart. 1987-1991 B.A. (Bachelor of Arts), summa cum laude, 1992-1995 M.F.A.
